Job Description: Publica is looking for a Senior Associate Technical Account Manager to act as a technical expert and operational consultant for our system. In this role, you will assist our clients in leveraging our product to its fullest potential, assist them in troubleshooting unexpected behavior, and serve as the liaison between our end-users and our internal product and engineering teams. The ideal candidate has programmatic advertising experience, an understanding of the CTV ecosystem, and a knack for explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
