Software Engineer (AI-First)

Position overview This is a permanent, full-time role for an experienced engineer (typically 2–5 years’ experience) who owns features end to end and works AI-first by default. What defines this role isn’t the stack — it’s how you work: directing AI across the build loop, validating its output to a production standard, and raising the bar for how your team works with AI. You’ll join an engineering organisation that is AI-first by design — AI is part of every stage of how we build product, not bolted onto the end.
