Job Details: Job Description: Develops and implements strategies for legislative, regulatory and policy advocacy. Develops programs to ensure internal awareness of applicable legislation and proposed regulations. Supports external government advocacy efforts (including consultants) for favorable governmental policies and regulations, incentive funding, crisis management, outreach programs, and initiatives in concert with business and thought leadership objectives. Writes briefings, prepares, and delivers presentations to regulators, government officials and industry associations. Anticipates challenges and obstacles the businesses could face as the public policy, regulatory and political landscape evolves.…
