About this role

Overview The Coordinator, Centralized Scheduling exists within Interface’s Field Operations Organization. This position is to source, schedule, and coordinate internal and/or external labor for all installation and service dispatch requests. This individual will be tasked with working cross functionally with the Project Management team to identify needs for all scheduling requests within their given queue. Additionally, they will work with the Customer Support team to ensure timely scheduling for all service requests and dispatches. They will leverage tools to identify resources and schedule efficiently based on area and resource availability.…
