Job Description: The Maintenance Worker I – General is an entry-level position in the Facilities Management department. The position focuses on general maintenance and the caregiver may be assigned to work in a variety of areas of focus. Schedule: Full-time/benefits eligible Monday-Friday 7am-330pm (some overtime and weekends needed) * This will be an entry level carpenter role/apprentice type role learning under the lead carpenter* Essential Functions Performs routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing damaged walls or floors. Assists with the installation, repair, and maintenance of hospital equipment and systems. Responds to emergency maintenance requests and provides immediate assistance to resolve the issue.…
