Job Description: The Clinical Engineering (CE) Tech II is responsible for the maintenance and service of assigned medical equipment. Performs various tasks associated with installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of clinical equipment with minimal supervision. Possess a comprehensive knowledge of the job and an intermediate level of expertise. The CE Tech II is capable of assisting less experienced technicians. Essential Functions Full understanding of medical equipment, human anatomy and physiology, and medical terminology. Proficient in troubleshooting and repair techniques to perform equipment repairs. Ability to perform preventive maintenance procedures on medium risk equipment and a limited number of high-risk medical devices.…
