Job Description: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs a variety of delegated nursing tasks and participates in patient care within their Scope of Practice, guided by registered nurses, licensed physicians, or other specified health care professionals. Full time, night shift Essential Functions Assists with admission and check-in process, including orienting patients and completing necessary forms. Prepares and administers medications within the scope of practice, and assists with patient activities of daily living, preparing them for medical or surgical interventions. Obtains and tracks specimens for laboratory analysis, and documents patient care, interventions, updating care plans accurately and timely.…
