Job Description: A Medical assistant has accountability for providing care to patients in an ambulatory clinic setting. This will involve caring for patients with acute and chronic needs. A Medical Assistant will be responsible for communicating clearly with patients seeking care through different modalities including telephone and in-person interactions. Shift Details : Full-Time (40 hrs/wk - Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM) Unit/Location: Senior Primary Care Clinics Float - Galleria Senior Primary Care will be the primary location. Additional Details: This Medical Assistant (MA) Screening Specialist position plays a key role in reviewing and obtaining patient records, identifying outstanding care gaps, and performing outreach to schedule patients from screening pursuit lists.…
