Job Description: The Mobility Assistant aids in safe patient transfers, mobility and exercise using approved assistive devices, lifts, and procedures under the supervision of nursing or therapy staff. Essential Functions Ensures patient safety by properly executing mobility plans and standard procedures, using appropriate equipment and methods for patient transfer, mobility, and exercise.
