Job Description: The Clinical Initiatives Manager is responsible for managing the development, implementation, education and evaluation sponsored initiatives in support of the Service Line and Proactive Care Initiatives. These highly complex projects will include Board Clinical goals, strategic initiatives and development of the clinical models of the future. Under the direction of Service Line Leadership, this role leads and directs the work of others to foster innovation, clinical excellence, and redesign service delivery that contributes to a differentiated caregiver and patient experience.…
