About this role

Job Description: Provides support and various tasks related to the patient record system including customer assistance. The hiring manager is considering applicants who have experience with medical records, processing and maintaining patient records, and reviewing patient charts in a healthcare or clinical setting. Schedule Monday - Friday 7:00am 4:00pm Job Essentials May assist in any capacity to support the department in the coordination of patient care. Greets customers, answers telephone calls, takes messages and forwards calls in a courteous and efficient manner. Distributes and explains paperwork or forms to customers. Collects paperwork or forms from customers ensuring it is complete. Collects, copies or processes items from customers such as forms, insurance cards or payments.…
