Job Description: A Patient Financial Advocate – Bilingual is responsible for providing financial counseling in Spanish when appropriate, to uninsured/ underinsured patients, by determining medical assistance eligibility for patients in clinic, hospital outpatient/inpatient, emergency settings, and in a call center environment.
