Job Description: Disclaimer: · Volunteers provide support to Intermountain Healthcare departments and staff in non-integral functions. Assignments are not a means to replace paid positions within the facility. · Volunteer assignments should not impact the functionality of department in the event of their absence. · Service involving volunteers between the ages of 14 and 16 must follow State and Federal regulations for hours worked. · Volunteers who have a second language can only provide language services as a means of communication to assist patients and guests with wayfinding or in non-medical conversations. Medical interpretation, translation or instruction must be provided by the facility Language Services Department.…
