Job Description: The RN-Resource Pool Specialist I contributes to collaborative environments with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care, processes and outcomes. These caregivers have opportunity to leverage technology, participate in therapeutic intervention, and foster a spirit of clinical inquiry to improve care through evidence-based practice. This position is seen as a knowledge expert to improve patient care in varying nursing environments. Must be competent and maintain competency in two of the identified Resource Pool specialty groups. This job code is only available to Resource Pool caregivers.
