Job Description: The Senior Contract Manager - Sales leads contract and plan document review activities for Select Health's Large Employer Sales business to ensure the accurate implementation of new and renewing employer groups. This role analyzes and interprets client contracts, Summary Plan Descriptions (SPD), Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC), Administrative Services Agreements (ASA), and related documents to identify plan design variances, implementation risks, and operational impacts.
