In addition to advancing the department’s digital transformation agenda by leveraging IT and AI-driven tools and interactive design to strengthen knowledge management, decision-making, and Board operations, the position also requires contributing to efficiency and streamlining efforts and helping to manage the regular workflow in the front office.
