The Monetary and Capital Markets Department (MCM) of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) is seeking an experienced expert to serve as Resident Advisor on Central Bank Operations at the Southeast Europe Technical Assistance Center (SEETAC). SEETAC—the IMF’s newest regional capacity development center (RCDC) for the Western Balkans and Moldova— will begin operations in January 2027. It will support member countries in the region—Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, and Serbia—strengthen their capacity to design and implement sound economic policies.…
