Job Description CSA – PE Swimming Coach Purpose of Role To provide professional swimming coaching to students, developing their swimming techniques, physical fitness, confidence, discipline, and competitive skills while ensuring a safe and positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan and conduct structured swimming coaching sessions based on students' age, ability, and skill level. Teach and develop proper swimming techniques, strokes, breathing, starts, turns, and endurance. Assess students' abilities and monitor their individual progress and performance. Provide regular technical guidance, correction, and feedback to improve swimming skills. Ensure strict adherence to pool safety rules and water safety procedures during all sessions.…
