Job Description Purpose of Role The role of a School Counsellor (Cover) is to support the wellbeing of the student community. Assisting students to develop personal or social competencies through a comprehensive and developmental counselling program and prepare for academic achievement. The goal is to ensure that students will become productive and well-adjusted adults.
