About this role

Je brengt rust, geeft richting en weet hoe je een team in beweging krijgt. Op onze locatie in Doetinchem geef je leiding aan de teams Noten Verpakken en Noten Processing: samen zo’n 60 collega’s die dagelijks werken aan de lekkerste (borrel)noten. Een dynamische productieomgeving waarin prestaties, continu verbeteren en werkplezier hand in hand gaan. In Doetinchem produceren we daarnaast meer dan 75 soorten pindakaas. Grote kans dus dat je iets van ons in huis hebt. Onze dagelijkse uitdaging is om supermarkten steeds van de juiste voorraden te voorzien. Dat vraagt om een productieorganisatie die elke dag scherp is, vooruitkijkt en samen blijft verbeteren. De operatie bestaat uit twee fabrieken en vier lijnstructuren.…
