About this role

As the Food Service Dining Orderly , you must be able to perform a variety of duties to facilitate food service and housekeeping service. The general responsibilities of the Dining Room Orderly are as follows, to include but not limited to: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Employees will be required to work in the dish room/ pot area. This includes washing, rinsing, and sanitizing all pots, pans, dishes, glassware, bakeware, utensils, and cutting boards. Will be required to sweep, mop, and sanitize all floors and all DFAC associated work- spaces. Area includes kitchen, storerooms, and public restrooms. Remove all DFAC generated garbage. Keep all FOH equipment cleaned and sanitized. Must keep all dining room tables and chairs clean. Escort Local Nationals who work in support of DFAC operations.…
