About this role
As the Healthcare Facility Manager , you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of healthcare facilities at Al Udeid Air Base. This role oversees facility maintenance, infrastructure systems, regulatory compliance, and coordination with clinical leadership to ensure a safe, functional, and mission-ready healthcare environment supporting military and authorized personnel. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Facility Operations & Maintenance Manage day-to-day operations of healthcare facilities, including clinics, medical treatment areas, and support spaces. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, medical gas, fire protection).
