About this role
The HVAC SUB-AMP Manager is responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial HVAC equipment such as boilers, chillers, and light commercial units. This job requires knowledge of air conditioning and the production of chilled water, as well as practical mechanical and electrical understanding. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Coordinates and performs inspections on HVAC systems and components (e.g., heating units, building exhaust fans, ventilation units, etc.) to evaluate condition, identify necessary repairs, and recommend preventive maintenance. Perform installations of HVAC equipment and systems and monitors repairs on systems and/or components (e.g., pumps, motors, air handlers, fan coils, piping, etc.).…
