About this role
The Motorpool Lead oversees daily motor pool operations supporting Intelligence Community (IC) mission requirements. This position is responsible for fleet readiness, vehicle accountability, maintenance coordination, dispatch operations, and the effective use of assigned government-owned, leased, or contractor-provided vehicles. The Motor Pool Lead provides day-to-day leadership to motor pool personnel, ensures compliance with applicable government policies and security procedures, and coordinates transportation resources to support organizational priorities.
