SALARY RANGE: $60,000 to $80,000 based upon experience plus bonus incentives and benefits. THE MAINTENANCE MANAGER POSITION: Our Maintenance Manager plays an integral role in supporting the ongoing operations and resident experience at Alura Luxury Apartments, Lee’s Summit’s premier luxury multi-family community. This position works closely with the property management team to ensure apartment homes, common areas, and community amenities are maintained to the highest standards of quality, safety, and appearance. Maintenance Technicians are responsible for addressing service requests, troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, completing preventative maintenance, and performing general repairs as needed.…
