About The client is an E & P Company ACTIVITIES RSES-D •Exercise the delegated RSES authority within the assigned perimeter. •Ensure that activities within the delegated perimeter are performed safely and in accordance with applicable HSE rules,procedures and technical references. •Lead each parties towards schedule and performance objectives of the project •Coordinate interfaces between construction, commissioning, production and other simultaneous activities. •Participate in the assessment and control of risks associated with SIMOPS. •Verify that appropriate risk control measures are in place before authorizing work. •Ensure the proper implementation of the Permit to Work system within the delegated perimeter.…
