About Team The Debt Management Team is responsible for shaping customer payment plans, repayment journey and collections experience across all our digital markets. The team develops and continuously improves solutions related to repayments, payment plans, invoice calculations, payment allocation, and customer-friendly repayment methods such as Direct Debits, Recurrent Payments, and Pay-by-Links. Alongside repayment journeys, the team supports collections and recovery processes, helping customers manage repayments effectively while driving operational efficiency and supporting healthy business performance.
