Du möchtest M&A-Transaktionen nicht nur begleiten, sondern eigenständig steuern, Kunden beraten und neue Mandate entwickeln? Als Manager M&A bei der i-capital GmbH verantwortest Du anspruchsvolle nationale und internationale Transaktionsprojekte im Mittelstand. Dabei steuerst Du Buy-Side- und Sell-Side-Prozesse , arbeitest direkt mit Geschäftsführungen, Investoren und weiteren Stakeholdern zusammen und entwickelst unsere Kundenbeziehungen und unser M&A-Geschäft aktiv weiter.…
