FUNCTIE Als Service Coordinator sta je in voor het aansturen, ondersteunen en inplannen van onze techniekers , dit natuurlijk rekening houdend met verschillende variabelen zoals: aantal beschikbare techniekers, aantal aangevraagde interventies, type interventies, enz. Daarnaast sta je in voor de opvolging van de verschillende klanten gelinkt aan jouw site en voor de logistiek gelinkt aan de uitrustingen/wisselstukken van jouw team Dit zijn jouw dagelijkse opdrachten: Je bent het eerste contactpunt voor onze klanten en de bevoorrechte gesprekspartner van de techniekers.
