About this role

The purpose of this position is to empower data-driven strategic decision making by turning large data into actionable insights. Partnering with our data , product , and marketing functions, this role will manage the analysis and vision for our multi-million-dollar loyalty / personalized customer marketing efforts. This position will build and manage the ability to target our guests with personalized communications and offers and to analyze the performance of those offers .
