About this role

Inspire Brands is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for Technology positions across our enterprise. This role will serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring leaders and HR partners, developing and executing recruiting strategies that attract top technical talent in a competitive market. The Senior Technical Recruiter will manage complex searches across a variety of technical disciplines, proactively build talent pipelines, leverage market intelligence to influence hiring decisions, and deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.
