Du verbindest fundierte Kenntnisse in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise und einem klaren, pragmatischen Führungsstil? Als Teamlead Accounting (m/w/d) koordinierst du das operative Tagesgeschäft unseres Accounting-Teams und arbeitest selbst aktiv in der Buchhaltung mit. Du stellst verlässliche Abläufe sicher, unterstützt dein Team bei fachlichen Fragen und sorgst für die fristgerechte Bearbeitung aller Accounting-Aufgaben. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team stellst du korrekte Buchungen sowie zuverlässige Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse sicher und entwickelst unsere Accounting-Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter.…
