501712 Procurement Manager / Senior Buyer Position Summary The Procurement Manager / Senior Buyer is responsible for establishing and leading the company's subcontract and procurement function while serving as the primary buyer for all direct and materials. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires developing the company procurement department from the ground up, including updating/creating policies, procedures, templates, and controls that support business growth, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
