About this role

As Developer of Sales Enablement within the Controls and Digitalization organization, you will support a highly performing team through the end-to-end sales process to ensure the team positions value-based solutions that drive business outcomes for customers. As a key member of our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization, you will be responsible for supporting the development, piloting, administration and training of tools that enable and drive the GTM sales process. Strategically positioned within Sales Operations, this role will collaborate with sales, business development and bid management to ensure GTM sales processes are agile, user friendly and achieve leaderships criteria to drive the team’s overall performance.
