About this role

ISS STOXX is currently looking for a Compensation Analyst to join our team in Brussels location. What you will do: As an Executive Compensation Analyst, you will become an integral part of the Data Operations team. The role entails helping deliver data and research on compensation systems of executives and management board members of listed companies in Europe. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting our analysts by closely inspecting publicly disclosed documents of listed companies. Performing analyses about executive remuneration and pay practices for your assigned markets. Complying with ISS methodology on pay for performance analysis and qualitative assessment of listed companies.…
