Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist who is a natural collaborator. Someone who builds trust with customers, works easily across the company's Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams, and takes genuine satisfaction in owning the full cash-in cycle from invoice through resolution. This role is the company's first line of customer contact on the phones for AR matters, from payment questions to collections conversations, so strong verbal communication is essential. This person will be the primary operator of the company's cash-in cycle including cash application, aging management, collections outreach, and professional customer communication.
