About this role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ● Loan Processing: Process participant loan requests in accordance with plan documents, IRS regulations, ERISA requirements, and internal policies. Calculate eligible loan amounts against plan and IRS limits, prepare repayment schedules, and verify outstanding loan balances before submission. ● Distribution Processing: Process participant distribution requests, including termination, in-service, hardship, rollover, and required minimum distributions. Calculate vested balances, taxable portions, and applicable federal and state withholding, and confirm that required elections and consents are in place. ● Compliance and Quality Review: Review every request for completeness, eligibility, accuracy, and compliance before submission and approval.…
