Parts & Maintenance Systems Specialist

Key Responsibilities Maintain and update equipment, machinery, assets, and spare parts information in the maintenance management system. Add and organize assets and child assets and ensure proper relationships between equipment and components. Maintain accurate records of spare parts, inventory levels, vendors, and related information. Receive and process purchase orders (POs) in the maintenance system. Adjust inventory quantities and records based on operational requirements. Support preventive maintenance schedules and ensure relevant equipment information is properly documented.
