About this role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Support Associate I to provide pre-sales and after-sales support to customers and sales managers for APAC. This role is central to account and order management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless coordination across functional partners and global teams. You will act as a bridge between sales, supply chain, and operations, managing customer accounts, processing orders, and resolving escalations — all while driving efficiency and contributing to process improvements.
