About this role
Our client, a growing casino games provider, is looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join their team and support the business across a broad range of legal, commercial, and regulatory matters. This is a remote role open to candidates based across Europe , working on a contractor basis. Candidates based in Cyprus may be employed directly by the company. What You'll Do Provide day-to-day legal support to the business across commercial, corporate, regulatory, and operational matters. Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including B2B customer agreements, supplier agreements, NDAs, partnership agreements, and other industry-related contracts.…
