Operations Manager III itD is seeking an Operations Manager III to support Central Security budget operations, vendor management, and procurement processes. This role will serve as the central intake point for budget and vendor requests while overseeing financial tracking, contract lifecycle management, and program health reporting. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in security or IT vendor management, budget reconciliation, financial forecasting, and procurement operations, with a proven track record of managing a vendor spend portfolio of $10M+ and delivering accurate, timely operational reporting.
