Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Supervisor to support client’s operations in Dar es Salaam. The HR Supervisor will oversee day-to-day HR activities, coordinate workforce requirements, and ensure effective management of both skilled and unskilled employees across the project. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in engineering, construction, telecommunications, or project-based environments, with strong workforce coordination and employee management skills.
