Job Description Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Manager, Ecommerce to support the growth of our beauty brands across Amazon and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channels. This role will be responsible for managing the full ecommerce lifecycle, including product launches, brand development, merchandising, promotions, inventory planning, and digital advertising. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Shopify storefronts, understands ecommerce growth strategies, and can effectively execute across multiple functions to drive sales and profitability.
