This role is responsible for maintaining the facility as well as insuring a safe and comfortable environment for students, faculty, and staff. Major Responsibilities: Provides HVAC maintenance and repair. Provides plumbing and electrical repairs and installation. Provides assistance to other College areas. Provides remodeling services. Provides computer and phone network cabling and installation. Provides equipment repairs for various departments. Responds to fire alarms during work hours. Assists in snow and ice removal.
