About this role
This position provides customer service to students seeking and receiving financial assistance. The position under the direction of the Director/Assistant Directors of Financial Aid will assist in the daily operations of the financial aid office. Salary Range: $33,097 - $46,060-Compensation will be commensurate with the requirements of the position and the candidate’s relevant experience and education. Major Responsibilities: Assist with regional financial aid operations which include: Assisting Enrollment Specialists Counsel & assist student with filing FAFSA. Assist students/parents through verification processes. Assist with document imaging. Provide customer service and clear communication to students and parents on aid processes.…
