GENERAL PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION: This position concentrates on providing math tutoring services to students virtually or in the tutoring center at the South Bend Campus. This position will work with a divergent student population by providing faceto-face and virtual tutoring services. This would be a great role for a teacher or educator seeking additional ways to connect with students or upper classman students looking for a part-time job. Location: Ivy Tech Community College - South Bend Employment Type : Adjunct Faculty Compensation: $15/hr MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Meet with students in individual, shared, and group tutoring formats to enhance, support, and clarify concepts discussed in Math course lectures, readings, assignments, handouts, and other instructional materials.…
