About this role

About We are an early-stage observability platform being built within ixigo, one of India's leading travel tech companies. Starting as an internal tool to solve real AI monitoring problems we face at scale, we are taking it to market as a standalone product. The Role This is our first design hire in B2B Saas team. There is no design system to inherit, no established component library, and no prior visual language. You will start from a blank slate and define how the product looks, feels, and behaves. We are building an AI-native Customer Experience (CX) platform that helps companies manage customer service operations, automate workflows, and enable service teams with intelligent agents.
