About this role

Build the Team. Own the Market. Book the Appointments. We’re looking for a high-energy, sales-driven Local Field Marketing Manager who knows how to turn conversations into opportunities. This isn’t a sit-behind-a-desk marketing job. You’ll be out in the community, leading a team of Event Marketers, finding the right events, creating local buzz, talking to homeowners, building partnerships—and most importantly, coaching your team to book qualified appointments. If you’ve led a canvassing, door-to-door, event marketing, lead generation, or outside sales team , know how to get people fired up, and love watching the numbers climb, we want to talk to you.
