Job Purpose The IT SOX Lead manages the execution of the Company's compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley ("SOX") and the Model Audit Rule, including coordination with external and internal auditors, on information technology controls. In addition, the IT SOX Lead performs risk assessments, planning, complex process improvement and control assessments, and serves as a subject matter expert on the topic of information technology related internal controls.
