Job Purpose The Senior Attorney, Corporate Legal reports to the Vice President, Corporate Legal and is responsible for providing a wide range of legal support and advice to internal stakeholders on corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions; public company debt and capital markets transactions; share repurchase programs and strategy; capital return options and implementation; and hedging and derivatives related agreements.
